Welcome to Side Effects, an intense turn-based game of pill roulette. In each round, you'll face a choice of pills, some of which may provide benefits while others could be harmful or even fatal. The uncertainty of what each pill will do to your mind and body adds to the tension, as every choice affects your resistance. Remember, reaching zero resistance means certain death.
Between rounds, you have the opportunity to select from a variety of experimental items and treatments designed to improve your chances of survival. These could range from vaccines to mouth clamps, offering strategic advantages.
You’ll also be competing against another patient who is determined to outlast you. They will employ tactics such as bluffing and adapting, using every resource available to ensure they survive just a moment longer than you. Choose wisely and stay alert!
